Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders or items are out of stock, processing may take longer. You will be notified by email if there are any delays or issues with your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery location. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (e.g., £50+).

3. International Shipping

We also ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery: 7–25 business days.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers (such as Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, customs processing). If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
